The Presidential Fitness Test Curriculum and Educator Training Challenge

The Presidential Fitness Test Curriculum and Educator Training Challenge is an upcoming FAR-based competitive procurement challenge to acquire solutions addressing two critical needs:

• Educator training and professional development
• Age-appropriate instructional curricula and resources.

The purpose of the Challenge is to stimulate the development, demonstration, and delivery of high-quality solutions that can be made openly available for use by educators, schools, and other youth-serving organizations nationwide. The Challenge seeks educator training and age-appropriate curricula spanning preschool through grade 12, with selected resources intended for open nationwide use by schools and other youth-serving organizations.

The challenge will support safe, consistent Presidential Fitness Test (PFT) implementation while helping students develop movement skills, confidence, and motivation to be physically active.

The Presidential Fitness Test Curriculum and Educator Training Challenge has a $2.5 million prize pool. Final HHS solicitation terms will govern participation and awards.
